All sponsored breakout seminar topics must be approved by VATPEP. It is the full discretion of VATPEP what is acceptable for a breakout seminar to ensure we have diversity of topics the topics are consistent with the Tea Party platform.
All material for welcome bag must be approved by VATPEP and submitted by September 8th. Material must be no larger than 1-page 8.5x11 flyer (brochures, business cards, postcards, half page, or full page all acceptable.)
Company banners are provided by the sponsor to the VATPEP by noon on October 6th. Drop off location will be specified in an email as convention dates approaches.

Sponsors who get ad space in the program must provide 'camera ready' product to VATPEP by September 8th.
Logos should be emailed to sponsors@vateapartyconvention.com in .jpg form preferably.
*Video presentations must be approved and submitted to VATPEP by September 8th. Outline of speeches by September 8th.
*Must specify if electrical drop is needed by September 8th.

Online registration is now closed.

You may register at the door of the Greater Richmond Convention Center on Thursday-Saturday.

Schedule for onsite registration:

    Thursday Oct 7th: 4PM - 7PM
    Friday Oct 8th: 8AM - 7PM
    Saturday Oct 9th: 8AM - 11AM
